Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

We strive to provide your child with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We accept all major credit cards and offer financing options through CareCredit. In-house interest-free payment plans are also available. We thoroughly explain your child's treatment options, so that we can accommodate the individual needs of every child.

Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will electronically file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
